Straight out of the 1960's! Quaint, tiny kitchen with BBQ Chicken and pork done outside in a roasting oven. Very well seasoned. Wrapped chicken souvlaki was excellent, chicken juicy. Highly recommend if you are not tied to fancy tablecloths. Great, homemade meals from a bygone era. Highly recommend.

An authentic, local grill bar where Greeks go to enjoy hearty meals. The food is excellent, with massive portions! I first visited this spot when a friend I met in Argostoli took me there. I ordered souvlaki with fries, pita bread, and some vegetables. The dish was fantastic and only cost €5, plus €3 for a beer. I was so impressed that I returned the next day to try a different dish – the local sausage, which was equally delicious.
The owners are incredibly friendly. The lady doesn’t speak English, but she’s one of the most wonderful people I’ve met. Always smiling and chatting with guests in Greek, she brings such positive energy to the place.- Εξυπηρέτηση

Very authentic greek Taverna. We really like the lovely staff even they did not speak any english. Communication by hands and pictures on the menu was kinda funny and worked out perfect for us. Quality of food was very good and huge. We even made some friends there. In the final the boss gave us a round of beer for free. Highly recommend it. We will definitely return 👍

This is a great place! Good food, proper Greek cuisine that’s not going to break the bank. Always pop in for a beer and wine. But after eating here tonight, we’ll definitely return for dinner! Top notch!

Visited August 2024 - Seriously the best Gyros we had in Kefalonia! Absolutely delicious, could have eaten at least 3 of them. Meat is cooked perfectly on the spit, bags of flavour and very juicy and tender. The corn pitta wrap paired perfectly with the meat, salad and fries and the sauce. If you get a chance to go here or are in the general area of Argostoli, I highly recommend coming here. The place is small but worth it! The staff who serve the water should also be able to bring other drinks, like Coca-Cola, and not only glasses of water. The waiting time for the waitress was quite long, but at least the food was very, very tasty.

Great little restaurant serving meat dishes. Highly recommend if you want delicious and sensibly priced meals while avoiding the tourist traps in the area. Staff are super friendly. Family enjoyed it that much that we returned multiple times.. Yumm! The cat that sleeps on the chair at the front is also cute too.
